Compose Yourself Project! Submission Deadline
The annual Compose Yourself! Project Workshop is a unique and special opportunity for students to share their compositions with visiting professional composers/teaching artists and receive feedback. Student compositions presented at the workshop will be considered for inclusion on the Compose Yourself! Project Recital as part of the Music of Our Time Festival The Compose Yourself! Composition Master Class: HB Compose Yourself! Project
The HB Compose Yourself! Project is Hoff-Barthelson’s annual composition Master Class for young composers, directed by HBMS faculty member Derek Cooper and produced in collaboration with Copland House. The HB Compose Yourself! Project provides a rare opportunity for students to receive feedback from renowned, award-winning composers on works that they have written. This Master Class is open to the public to observe free of charge, but reservations are required. RSVP here.
