The festival has combined the region’s stunning landscape with world-class performances for over three decades. Additionally, she is the Artistic Director of Summertrios (summertrios.org), an organization that offers chamber music coaching and performance opportunities to adult non-professional musicians of all levels. She is the violist in the Dal Sogno Ensemble which highlights the music of women and other underperformed composers. Dal Sogno is the ensemble-in-residence for Hungarian House in Manhattan and New York Women Composers.

Leslie has taught chamber music at Humbolt Chamber Music Workshop, Alaria, Music-Etc., the Apple Hill Center for Chamber Music, and privately, and served as Karen Tuttle’s assistant at the Banff Centre for Music and the Arts.

As a freelance violist, Leslie enjoys the richly diverse musical life that New York City offers, playing at venues such as Carnegie Hall, Madison Square Garden, Lincoln Center, and on Broadway. Leslie is on the Advisory Committee of the Valley of the Moon Music Festival and mentors women in leadership roles of several non-profit arts organizations.
