Spring 2021 Restoration of Orchestral and Chamber Music Instruction

We are delighted to be able to restore in-person orchestral and chamber music instruction for string and piano students this spring. Additionally, we will be offering chamber music instruction online for wind and brass instruments as well as strings and piano.

Chamber Music, In-person (strings and piano) and Online (strings, piano, woodwinds and brass). Open to all intermediate and advanced (NYSSMA Levels 2 and above) instrumental students.

Young People’s Symphonette, for string players in grades 2-6. No audition required.

Chamber Orchestra, for string players in grades 6-10. No audition required.

Registration remains open – even after the start of rehearsals – for the following ensembles:  Chamber Orchestra (Thursday Cohort), and the Young People’s Symphonette (Monday and Thursday Cohorts).

Festival Orchestra, for string players in grades 9-12, by audition.
