Pam Goldberg is a concert pianist, educator, and innovative entrepreneur. She has performed at many of New York City’s venues, including Carnegie Hall, Merkin Concert Hall, The New York Historical Society and The Museum of Jewish Heritage. She studied under notable mentors, including the late Joseph Kalichstein, Miyoko Lotto, and Stephanie Brown, and earned her Master’s Degree from the Manhattan School of Music under Dr. Arkady Aronov. Pam received her Suzuki training at The School for Strings with Marina Obukovsky. Her teaching career spans over 30 years, during which she spent a decade on the faculty of the Diller-Quaile School of Music and has continued to teach privately. Beyond performance and teaching, Pam is dedicated to educating audiences about classical music. In 2000, she founded Classical Cafe, a concert series that brought classical music into a jazz club setting on the Upper West Side. Additionally, she established the Rite of Summer Music Festival on Governors Island, which successfully ran for 12 years. In Fall 2023, Pam took on the role of Artistic Director for Classical Music Speaks, a new classical music series at DOROT, featuring pianists Drew Petersen, Albert Lotto, cellist Sumire Kudo and others.

Recently, she joined the Board of Concerts in Motion, furthering her commitment to making classical music accessible to diverse audiences.
