Laura Reyes is a singer and voice teacher from Puerto Rico. She holds a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from The Puerto Rico Conservatory of Music and a Master of Music in Opera Performance from The Curtis Institute of Music. Currently, she is pursuing a Doctorate in Vocal Performance and Pedagogy at the University of Mobile.
Laura was awarded Best Songwriter of the Year by ASCAP and was a Semi-Finalist in the Metropolitan Opera National Council Auditions in New York. She also served as a Resident Artist at the Bavarian State Opera under Maestro Kent Nagano.
Her teaching background includes positions at the Samford Academy of the Arts, Point Loma Nazarene University, Puerto Rico Conservatory of Music, Sacred Heart University, and the University of Puerto Rico, alongside various other institutions across the United States, Colombia, Mexico, Ecuador, and Puerto Rico. She currently serves as cantor and section leader at The Church of St. Joseph in Bronxville, NY.
