About Dorothy Lee Han
The 2019 Spring Benefit will honor and celebrate our beloved Dorothy (Dotti) Lee Han for her exemplary service, generosity and leadership. Dotti and husband Vic became active in the HBMS community in the early 1990s after daughters Jessica and Elizabeth became students at the School. Dotti, a stalwart member of the HBMS Friends and dedicated Flute Program “studio mom” has been a HBMS Board member since 2001, serving as Chair from 2008 to 2011. She currently serves on the Executive, Development and Finance Committees and is Chair of the Strategic Planning Committee. An accomplished executive, Dotti serves as Managing Director in Global Capital Markets at Morgan Stanley leading a team of rating agency specialists. Earlier in her career, Dotti earned a Ph.D in Experimental Pathology and a B.S. in Biology from SUNY at Stony Brook. Outside of HBMS, Dotti volunteers extensively at Greenville Community Church, Scarsdale, NY, where she is Treasurer and Elder on the Consistory, and supports numerous arts, education, and social organizations in New York City and surrounding regions.
