HBMS Students and the New York Youth Symphony
The New York Youth Symphony was founded in 1963 as a full symphonic orchestra to showcase the metropolitan area’s most gifted musicians from the ages of 12-22. It continues to educate and inspire young musicians through exceptional ensemble training and performance opportunities. Hoff-Barthelson Music School is proud that its students have been accepted into and consistently held chairs, including Concertmaster, Principal Cello and Principal Second Violin, in this illustrious ensemble.
